WII Just Dance

Hello My fellow Fitnesspals! I know the weight loss road can be hard and daunting. I do want to share with you that it doesn't have to be dreading and boring. I invested in the WII Just Dance 3 and I can track how much calories I burn and each week I set a calorie goal. If you have the WII I suggest that you invest in this game or any interactive game that will make it fun for you to work out. I do the "Just dance" twice a day. Once for 30 minutes in the morning before breakfast and again in the evening for an hour.

    My mom got Just Dance 3 for Christmas, and I usually don't like dance cardio workouts, but I love this!

    I put the Just Dance 3 on my list. Santa better come through or else!!! LOL!

    I do the Just Dance 2 all of the time for workouts and it is amazing and fun! I just need to get some new dances in now.

    Are you up for competition? There used to be a group where someone posted their score for the week on 3 songs. Others tried to beat it. I enjoyed the challenge, though my scores were never the best. Sounds like you have the experience to post great scores. There was no prizes, just bragging rights!

    I love Just Dance 3. I bought it the day before Christmas and JUST CAN'T STOP! After the first day, my arms were so sore I could barely lift them. My favorites are Jump On It, California Girl, and Dynomite. This was a great investment.

    I am so glad I am not the only one who loves this idea of exercise. I get bored easy, even on my eliptical, so I have all 3 just dance videos AND the Summer blast just dance as well. I want the Black Eyed Peas expierence next. This keeps me motivated and I even find myself working over an hour sometimes with these. Burns great calories and is fun at the same time. I will eventually have to force myself to get some strength training is as well...:bigsmile:
  • We got my stepdaughters Just Dance 3 for Christmas and they talked me into having a go with them and I was amazed how much I sweated. I just did a 29 minute Just Dance workout and burnt 294 calories. I think I will include this a few times a week from now on.

    My wife will do just dance on occasion for cardio workouts. Like you said she enjoys that it's more fun than running on a treadmill or something and she can even spend some quality time with the kids if they play with her.

    I've got Just Dance 2 but I've never tried it.....Might give it a go now and see how I go......

    I would love to do this as a competition. I know the thread you are speaking of and I have not been able to locate it. Problem is that i could not facilitate the competition due to busyness. But i would love to be part of it. I believe they did 3 songs in a row and just continued to rotate around the whole song que. And the highest score - for the week- per song received braggin rights. You could try as many times as you like.

    Does that sound right?
