Hey everyone!

I'm putting together a YouTube playlist for the NYE party I'm having this weekend.

    Of the usual chart stuff it would have to be Aha - Take on me. I love this song. Requested it at a friend's wedding last year and EVERYONE got up to dance.

    I spent most of the 80s listening to Dead Kennedys, Crass and Conflict, but I don't think any of that is quite what you are looking for!

    Chic - Le freak - A good one when you start things jumping, + Good Times (about 10-11pm ish)

    Machinations (an Aussie band) - Pressure Sway (a lot of their stuff is great)
    Michael Jackson's Thriller for 11:45pm (use the 6 min version)
    New Order - True Faith
    Re-Flex - Politics of Dancing (Extended only if earlier in the night)

    This was my first favorite song, it was the beat that got me "super Freak" by Rick James
    I also liked" feel for you" by chakka Khan.......the beat as well got me. Good luck and have fun!
