Add cheese or bacon to those eggs now and then
  • There are so many ways to fix eggs. They should never be boring.
I can't imagine breakfast with out eggs and turkey bacon.
I eat a 3 egg omelet with spinach, peppers, mushrooms, and three pieces of turkey bacon.

Apple, yogurt, snack bar & 2nd piece of fruit. I eat them 1/2 to an hour apart from each other then have a smaller lunch ... Yummo!

Nothing really, as i just don't fancy food when i wake up, and there's no need to make yourself eat breakfast.

So, just coffee and a *kitten* for me tbh :)

2 Servings of Oatmeal plain with water
1 serving Greek fat free Fage yougurt mixed with it

Kinda of bland tasting at first but now I actually enjoy the taste use to add Stevia to the yogurt but is no longer needed.

    Everynow and then

Whole wheat oatmeal or nut bread with peanut butter on it or a couple of boiled eggs.

I am not usually hungry in the morning so I am fine with a piece of fruit and string cheese, or toast and peanut butter with fruit or oatmeal with yogurt.

My go to is a roasted veg frittata, some fruit with a full fat greek yogurt. Second choice is a yorkshire pudding filled with scrambled eggs with chives and smoked salmon. Oh yeah, and a glass of goat milk.

This is the first post of yours that I don't like. Please get your tastebuds examined.

(The rest of your posts are great though, keep that up).
