    Hahaha its like Jerky, makes for good snack when i am low on protein.

    Quinoa i have bought but never found anything nice to make with it :grumble:

    White quinoa a good substitute for bulgar wheat in tabouleh if you are avoiding wheat or just want to mix it up a bit.

    It's like a grain. I use it like rice and it is ohhh so good!

    edited to say "like" technically it is not a grain;)
