So, Santa brought me Jillian Michael's Yoga Meltdown. I've done it twice (first time doing yoga).... does anyone have any success stories or feedback from doing yoga? Just curious what you guys think :ohwell:

I'm not familiar with JM's yoga, but in general it is great for weights (since you're lifting your own body weight). However, you should add some cardio in there too.

I'm not familiar with JM either - but I know it's more of a cardio session than most yoga classes.

Yoga has helped me in so many ways. I'm a more mindful eater, I'm stronger, more flexible, more balanced.

I don't know about JM's yoga either, but I do 10 min solutions yoga for beginners and I love it. I always feel good after doing it and with it cut into 10 min segments, you can always fit it in.
