Hello, MFP!

I have been using MFP for about around 6 months now and LOVE it! I've lost a little over 20 lbs. since starting MFP and about 10 lbs. or so before. I'm currently training for my first half marathon, and use this site everyday. I love all my friends on here very much, but am looking for some people closer to me!

Is there anyone from the Houston, San Antonio, or Austin areas? Houston is home for me on school breaks, but I go to a university between San Antonio and Austin, so would love to add people from the same areas!

I just moved to Killeen from San Antonio. Are you running the Austin half marathon? I've run it a few times and I'm running the full this year. It's one of the best and most well-organized races I've ever done. Hope you're training for some HILLS!

Cypress area, here. I couldn't get in on the Houston Full (lottery didn't pick me), but there's another one in the Woodlands in March if you're down!
