This group is an awesome place to find support and encouragement along this LONG journey back to a healthy weight. If you are new, you don't have to do anything to join. You don’t have to email me. This is an open group. You just need to post when you feel like it - just post and you’ve joined!
And follow these guidelines to give you ideas on what to post when you can’t think of anything
For December, the Challenge is to lose 5 pounds, and Grammy Whammy has challenged us to walk/run/exercise 50 miles by Christmas, many have accepted that challenge.
We also have a "theme" each day.
Monday - Check In (how are you doing? Had any successes or struggles this week-end?)
Tuesday - Goals (do you have any Goals you want to update us?)
Wednesday - Wishes (what do you wish? It can be weight related or not, can be realistic or not)
Thursday - Truth (got anything you need to fess up to or get off your chest?)
Friday - Fitness (what are you doing to get fit?) How are you preparing for weekend eating?
Saturday - Hobbies (what are your hobbies, personal interests?)
Sunday - Sharing ( tell us a little about yourself!)
This part is Very Important: Save this someplace. You will need this information every 20 pages when the forum "Rolls over" from the page 20
to a new page 1.
Be sure to watch for the link on the bottom of page 20. Its embedded in the final post. It says "<continued at this topic>" and its highlighted in blue. You click upon that phrase and it takes you to the top of the new page one. Refer to the first post of this Forum and note the similar link posted there.
Please save this information and help newbies be prepared when page 20 rolls around.
