I'm hoping to get about 30 minutes in tonight of learning the routine. How do I log it? I don't have a HRM.

I would use the perceived exertion scale and estimate cals based on age and fitness. There's plenty of exercise sites to help with that. Or you could use cals for other similar exercise. Or just dance.

I would log it as "Aerobics, general"

I don't have an answer, but I like the topic title.

For some reason I read this title incorrectly and thought the topic was about "How many calories do fat girls burn when they flirt?"

My guess is, especially if you're learning the routine, not a whole lot. Maybe log either half the time as aerobics or dancing general. Unless you're spending a lot of time laying across the chair with your legs up (holding them up yourself) then I'd count part of the time as calisthenics. I always run into this issue with how to count pole. Enjoy!
