30 Day Shred

Does anyone know how many calories you burn when you do the 30 Day Shred?. I started it today and have no idea how many calories to put down.

The most accurate to my HRM is logging it as circuit training, general.

I select circuit training from the data base. Since it is a circuit video it made sense. Not sure how accuate it is though.

30 Day Shred is circuit training! Log it under Circuit training, general :)

It even says it on the video! there are 3 circuits in level 1 for example. so just put it as circuit training, general for 30 minutes or whatever and it should be about 250+ calories burned :)

Ditto everyone else---log it as circuit training until you get a HRM since it involves both cardio and weights. That's what I have been doing. I just got a HRM for Christmas so I will need to try the 30 DS with my HRM and see how accurate it is...

I wear a heart rate monitor and it varies wildly (how run down i am, effort, it's a me issue lol) - somewhere between 160-200 For level 1 and level 2.

That totally depends on your body, weight, fitness level, etc. I'm 56", 31 yrs old, roughly 185 lbs and I consistently burn over 350 in the full 27 mins (including warmup and cooldown) as per my HRM. :)

I have a HRM and today I burned 308 calories while doing level one. It all depends on how much you exert yourself. I'm very overweight and pretty out of shape.. So that may be why I burned so many calories.
