Hi my name is Adam I'm 22 and I don't really know what i'm supposed to say here so I'll rant my weight loss story. I started my weight loss journey at 303 pounds and am now stuck at 260 pounds. A lot of my success came from drinking breakfast smoothies(Homemade) and walking everyday for 45 minutes. I've been stuck for a year at 260 and am wanting to take myself back on the track. Im fun loving and love to get out but I find it hard to get back on track.
I would like to meet other men and women in all stages of their weight loss maybe swap some stories and some tips lets all get through this together!

Welcome and good luck. You can search above for people who have 100 lbs or more to lose. There are so many people in your situation. They just aren't always on here at the same time. Again good luck.:drinker:0

hey man, welcome to MFP.
A plateau is extremely common. You seem to be in a routine, and your body is just coasting. Try incorporating different exercises in your 45 min workouts. Shock your body! If you lift, lift less more times.0 -

Hi Adam
I'm finally on a computer and can see your post. I just wanted to second what dis and LuSir said...finding others with similar goals through the groups or searching the other forums. And that sometimes you have to change things up to wake the metabolism up again. I have to commend you for getting that daily walk in. I'm not sure where Port Hope is (southwestern?) but up here in northeastern Ontario it has be mo-fo cold some days and I can barely motivate myself to get the blue box back in from the end of the driveway. lol
I hope you find some good people and some good inspiration through the forums.0
