After the holidays are over..

How do you plan on working with calories and fitness? I'm thinking of a low calorie plan for a few days..drink a ton of water, maybe invest in lemon juice..tips/ideas?

I'm just going back to normal healthy eating, good hydration, and my usual exercise routine. No need to fix something that isn't broken.
Today, I was really craving good clean vege yumminess, so had a huge salad with lots of raw veg for lunch, and lots of veges with my dinner. I suspect I'll eat that way for the next week or two as I'm seriously craving fresh veg after all the rich food of Christmas.0 -

Totally agree!!! All I could think about by Christmas night was a huge salad!! I did some damage over the holiday weekend, but I am not gonna stress about it, just get right back on track and it's all good.0 -
I'm back and with you girl! I have gained 15lbs YIKEs! Plan to hit up a ton of water start back on cardio and meal plan like a crazy woman Feels good to be back!!!0

I kept up my regular 1200 calories and fitness over the holidays. It was tough, but I managed to get through it xD0

hopefully my eating patterns will get back to normal..i have been maintaining basically the past month, and im ready to finish the losing journey, so i can start toning..good luck to everyone :drinker:0

I'll be watching carbs (cutting out the unecessary ones) eating at my BMR, and getting exercise in when I can. I hope to get a stationary bike ordered tomorrow to tide me over until I can get a treadmill. I gained 9lbs between November 24-December 26th. I did quit smoking on turkey day which didn't help matters. I'm down 2lbs already so luckily it's not all fat! My clothes are feeling snug, but I'm more motivated than ever to make 2012 the best year possible!!0

I'll probably just go back to eating normally and trying to stay within my calories.
I'm more worried about getting exercise back into my day. I've been sleeping or on my butt most of the past week and a half.0
