does anyone still walk, run, or bike during the winter? If so how do you suffer the coldness?

I basically wait for the warmest part of the day to go out and then I layer up!0

Layers make the difference. The cold isn't too much of an issue until way below freezing, even then, layering will keep you cozy, especially if you are working. I draw the line somewhere around -40.0

I agree layers are the best way to go but I also bring along instant heat hand warmer packs. They work great for me. My fingers always get cold even with gloves.0

I actually like walking in the cold. But, if it's really cold I find I need to cover my mouth and nose with a scarf or the cold air can hurt. Also, I accept the fact I walk slower in the cold - I just can't breathe as deeply.0
