Just wondering if any other women out there get really really hungry just before their periods and how do you deal with it without eating for a small army like I have been today?

I get weird cravings when I'm on my period. The best way for me to deal with it is to eat whatever it is I am craving and adjust the portion of it according to how healthy or unhealthy it is.0

That happens to me. I try to resist but it can be really difficult, I will eat anything in the house. I try to compensate by working out extra, because I know in a couple days I will be crampy or weak and my workouts will slack anyways.
I usually drink more coffee, caffiene is an appetite suppressant for me. I also dont keep crap that I will binge on in the house anymore, but that can be difficult with other people in the house.
Try freezing grapes. They are very satisfying but you cant eat them too quickly. Also popcorn is a good snack that you can stuff your face with for minimal calories. I pop mine in olive oil and only add salt.0 -
