    Come and join us - support is great - don't be discouraged by my zero loss, I have lost, then gained cause of a health issue - but these guys and gals are the reason I'm still here. Good luck!!!!!

    hi my name is lorraine from england. I am starting my journey with my fitness pal on wed 4th january when my girls go back to school. my storie is simple i gave up smoking october 2005 and over the 6+ years i am at my biggest ever. in 16stone 7ibs which makes me want to cry. so next week i am on a mission to get down to 12 stone which is what i was when i was a smoker. please can as many people be my friends and help me with this long long long journey.
