Hi guys, going into the new year there is so much excitement and great goals to meet. I challenge all of you to post a progress pic the first of each month (I am), so you can look back Dec 31, 2012 and see how great you did! No fear or worry of judgment just doing your best and letting the world know. So who's game?

    i think thats an awesome idea. usually pictures are the only time i really see the differences! i look in the mirror everyday so its harder to see. but comparing pictures always is an eye opener for me.
