It's midnight and have eaten 680 calories?

Is it okay to leave it at that or should I eat something? It's late at night (almost midnight) and I have eaten 680 calories today, I skipped dinner because I went out to the movies and came home late.

    If it's a once-in-a-blue-moon thing and you're not hungry, go to bed. If you're hungry, eat something, even a glass of milk. I love a glass of chocolate milk at bedtime.... it's my nightly ritual.

    Just don't let it happen often.
  • Thanks :) I ate something and I'm closer to my goal of 1200 calories now. It should be okay even though it's still under.

    If I'm under and not hungry i do not eat, but if I am still hungry I will definitely eat. Its not bad to be under if it doesn't happen often.
