So ive gained 10lb in a week or so.
been drinking lots of alcohol eating chocolates n crisps.
how much of my weight could be water weight and actual fat.

wowza!!! alot of that is probably from all the extra salt in the junk food. Get back on the wagon!!! Do you really want to go back down that road?0

God no im back on eating better as from now feel so ashamed but hoping alot is water0

The holidays are terrible for weight gain. Stay focused now that they're gone. I know you can do it!0

Probably alot of water. Start drinking alot of water so you can flush yourself out.0

I went out of town over the holidays and stayed at my inlaws which was a constant food fest! I got home Tuesday and weighed Wednesday and thought I'd gained 9 pounds! I weighed today and I've lost 3.5 already! I've been back on plan since Wednesday! It is probably all water weight! Get back on track fast and hopefully you will drop it off! I'm hoping by next Saturday I'll have lost all that! I don't think I really gained 9 pounds but just think I ate way too much and not used to eating big meals and grazing all day on goodies! Good luck to you! Just don't quit! If you gained even 10 pounds, a few weeks of clean eating and you'll be back down again!0
