hey

I was just wondering what is best to have for the calories?

I love madras and also saag aloo and chicken shashlik from the Indian

Chinese I love chow mein and sweet n sour, king prawns

How do I find out takeaway calories?

Thanks in advance x

    Google :)
  • Just put in the search box what you wanna eat (i.e chinese shrimp and broccoli) and it will give you options.

I typed into the MFP search and with a good mooch through, found ones that looked right, and ones where you could get an accurate weight measurement (ie g), worked out before hand how much I could allow to eat and then weighed it out when home.
I eat what I wanted but in limited form, but not with the scale consequences!

  • The thing is I can't weigh it all out as will be round a friends and they always moan about me "watching my weight" so don't want them to know x

Then just used your trained eye to gauge stuff, a rough estimate is better than nothing. Just put smallish amounts on your plates, so least if that gets eaten it doesn't look like you've left loads. x

learn to cook.. make them at home yourself so you know how many calories are in it and invite your friends around for takeaway and movie night or games if you have a console (my sister-in-law has Zumba and Just Dance nights)
