Happy Weigh-In,
I'm a bit depressed this week. I gained 2 pounds and I'm not sure why. I've have my 1200 calorie deficit. But anyway...

Your body weight can fluctuate due to hormones and other things. Don't get discouraged because next week will probably show big numbers on the scale. Your body has to adjust occasionally to the new regimen you're putting it through. Stay the course and I know you will succeed!!!!:flowerforyou:0

I have been not caring idk i cant get focused. And everytime i post something on other blogs i feel like people ignore me well not feel they do... I need some support maybe some food idea's to stay under 1200 calories i have been going over by about 800 everyday. I am just sad and eat all day0 -

Mine MUST be water retention, because I haven't been bad this weekend and I even walked 3.3 miles in the March of Dimes on Saturday.

Not a great loss, but it was my TOM. So I guess any loss is a loss. I also kind of lost motivation this week. Need to get back on track this week.

Sorry I didnt get weighed in for Sunday...it has been crazy busy here....I am still losing but not very quickly---about 2 lbs or less per week....but, I'm hanging in there. With school nearly over, Im hoping to go again really hard. Got a lot of activities to spur me on....I dont know what I weighed last weigh in on this site but Im down a few more pounds. Will do better, I promise.0
