My food diary is open to the public people!! :embarassed: it isn't all that bad. Here is my thing. it has been a month. I have lost a solid 5lbs now and to be completely honest I want more. I know what I could cut back on, which is the hardest thing for me. My starbucks... :frown: an my sugars and saturated fats can be very high sometimes. I just want someone who has been doing this for a while to give me a quick look over and say "DO THIS OR THIS MORE" in a very nice way please

I looked back one week. Calorie wise, you are doing great.

But you may want to balance your diet better. You need to consume fewer processed sugars and processed foods. I suggest adding more fresh, uncooked vegetables (1) and fruits (2).

I agree with the adding more fresh/ whole foods to your diet. Can I make one-wee little suggestion? Stop drinking 209 empty calories of Starbucks every morning. Firstly that seems like a lot of money- for what? Little nutrition for sure.

Stay with your calories, incorporate meals with whole foods, and keep chugging! You didn't gain in 1 month, you won't lose in one month either.

What is your current weight and height? 5 lbs in a month is a little more than 1 lb per week, which is a good rate unless you have a lot to lose.

Protein looks great as well. Once again, like everyone said, whole foods are the way to go! A low cal snack like steamed green beans or boiled mushrooms can be a a good addition to your diet. Sometimes the simplest things help the most. Have a salad on the side when you eat.

Snack on a cucumber or add one extra fruit in everyday. Try to have variety. A little of this and a little of that!

I feel like most of the calories right now are coming for dairy and sugar which is great, but not enough nutrients to keep the body strong! Good luck hun :)

I think you're doing great! I've been here for 7 months and only lost 10 pounds, lol :) Keep up the good work!

I am 5'2 and right now 148.6lbs I started at 153.6lbs ! :) The problem for me is I don't feel any difference and I know it takes a while I just want to see more results. and I know fresh fruits and veggies is a problem for me! Like my husband says I am odd. I like fruits and vegetables but prepared a specific way and I don't like messy fruits... Ill have to get over that!
  • I am on the same boat as you too cici I don't know what else to do. I mean i'm not perfect so I know i'm going to mess up sometimes. Sheesh but could I at least lose a pound.
