My NSV from today -- I've been going to a trainer for 6 months. Today he said something like, "I've noticed your backside is really shaping up nicely. Must be all those squats and lunges." I'm gonna interpret that as, "Damn, your *kitten* looks good!"

So while I have only lost 10 pounds since I started training with him, I see a big difference in my body shape. If I get nothing else out of this journey, at least my *kitten* will be bangin' :tongue:

    Kandy, LMAO, he is cute to me! He looks like a drill sargeant would look, built like a brick house, bald, glasses, but I love the guy, he's the best!

    As a side note, I don't see why that pic would be considered inappropriate, I'm wearing more than a lot of women wear to the beach (and more than a lot of women are wearing in their profile pics), and I'm not doing anything overtly sexual, just holding myself up by my arms.
