Hello, I have been reading these boards on and off for a while and I find myself fascinated what people accomplish here and on the Biggest Loser. So I finally decided to give it an honest effort, currently I am under tall at 5'6 and 245 lbs. I have a cruise with my wife coming up the end of April and my goal is set at 215, so here I go.
