Does strength training count for any calories burned?

I lifted weights today for an hour and a half and when I put it in it didn't count for any calories! Is that right???

You have to enter it under the cardio section for it to show any calories burned..........:happy:0

Thats definitely wrong, it does count.
Have you thought about getting a Heart Rate Monitor? An HRM wll give you a truer calorie burn. The calorie burns on MFP are a couple hundred calories higher.0 -
