How would you describe your normal daily activities? Setting

For about 8 hours I set on my butt. But then there is my commute. While most people get to work via car I don't, I don't even have driver's license, I walk every where. I've even walked to the Emergency Room in the middle of the night.
So what would you choose?
Sedentary: Spend most of the day sitting (e.g. bank teller, desk job)
Lightly Active: Spend a good part of the day on your feet (e.g. nurse, salesman)
Active: Spend a good part of the day doing some physical activity (e.g. waitress, mailman)
Very Active: Spend most of the day doing heavy physical activity (e.g. bike messenger, carpenter)

How many hours do you walk a day? If it's not over 2 hours, lightly active.
Or you can select sedentary and add your walking hour in the exercise journal
I rather under estimate than over estimate.0 -
About 2 hours on lazy day. More on gym days or shopping days. Going to mall days are even better as the mall is 1.7 miles away.
Today was a lazy day, (i've got a cough and am taking it easy)
12061 steps taken
4.95 miles traveled
2223 calories burned0 -
As a student, I do lightly active since I walk a lot around campus.0

I have a desk job and I commute 1+ hours a day in a car. The time I'm home, though, I'm usually busy… not over exerting myself, but on the move. I initially had my setting at "lightly active" and I was losing weight just fine. However, once I got my HRM, I found I was underestimating my exercise calories. So, I changed to "sedentary" just to keep basically the same nutritional goals as before with my upped calorie burn.
Anyway, for you I'd say probably no more than "lightly active", unless you are generally on-the-move anytime you're not at work. Just try a setting for a couple of weeks and if it's not working, change it!0
