Sugar Free New Years Challenge

Challenge yourself to cut out trigger foods in the new year. New group starts January 1st.

Members will choose two or three trigger foods to give up during those four weeks. There is no set list of what you need to remove from your diet we all know what those foods (Chocolate, potato chips, drive-thru, etc.) are. There will also be weekly mini challenges to complete each week geared toward healthy eating choices.

The group will close on December 31st and a link to a spreadsheet sent on January 1st.
Members will be in charge of updating your information and progress each day, what better way to stay motivated.
