I am 4ft 11.5". Would love to finally reach my goal weight of 118 . The success stories here makes me want to shot for more goals. Hoping to find other 5'4 and under ladies with same goals or have reached it & willing to help other shorties. Thanks.

    just signed up...was shocked of what i eat yesterday....no more biscuts for me.... Iam 5'2" and need to lose 30 lbs...get started for a longer and heathy 2012...Iam 50 years old and feel older than my mother that is 85 this year...something needs to change...help all the help you have for a beginner...never have tried to lose weight before so this should be exciting to see the change.

    Goal 130 with a lot of solid muscle

    Plan- five to six meals per day

    Weight train 60 minutes per day times five

    Add cardio 45 minutes per day time five

    Obstacles: poor planning and recent surgery right after I got started. Better now :). And one day for weekly food prep and organized cooler is helping meal planning as well!
