Wow - what a difference your 30 pounds make! This so motivates me. 30 pounds is my halfway point and I am 6.6 pounds away. It helps so see what a difference it makes on someone! Congratulations!0

well i exercise 45 minutes almost everyday and eat healthy.....you can check my food diary, just not the past few days!!!!!! I've kinda been slacking!!! :ohwell:
I belly dance and modern styles and ride my bike to school!!!!!
I still plan on loosing 35 lbs!!!!
