Sparkling mineral water?

Hi all,
I am having real trouble getting through my 8 glasses of water per day, but i have developed a taste for diet lime cordial, a squeeze of real lime, and sparkling mineral water.
Would sparkling mineral water be classified as water do you think?

Yup! I even make a "mock" Champagne Cocktail with mineral water! I add 2 tsp. of Bitters and 1/2 tsp. of stevia and a squeeze of lemon.... really delicious and you feel like you are really having a cocktail without the alcohol and the calories!0

From what I have read, it does count, and so do milk, juice (which are noted as being mainly composed of water) coffee, tea, etc - (although the caffeinated versions probably shouldn't be relied on as major sources of your daily fluid intake since they can act as a diuretic for some people  )
I always check the labels tho cause with all the varieties out there, some have added flavour and lots of sugar or sugar substitutes so they end up being more like soda pop instead of good ol plain sparkling water.
So, go ahead and enjoy :flowerforyou:0 -

That's great. It's easier to get all that "water" than I thought. I won't count coffee and tea but am happy with the others :-)0
