Almond Crusted Halibut w/ pic & nutritional info

I am a big fan of halibut. I saw my grocery store had some nice fresh pieces for sale, so I bought a package and this is the recipe I came up with. Enjoy!

Nutritional Info* (1 piece baked)
Calories - 324 Fat - 17 Carbs - 25 Protein - 21 Iron - 10 Fibre - 4
* Most of the calories come from the 3/4 cup almonds the recipe requires. If you would like to save additional calories/fat, you could easily reduce the amount of almonds you use. Almonds are full of great nutrients, and the calories and fat are the good kinds.

That looks fantastic! I might try it with some Tilapia I have in the freezer. Did you take the picture? If so, you should be a food stylist! Best wishes in your health journey.0
