    i'm from liverpool, though currently in portsmouth through work. Joined the site to help me monitor my daily food intake, as I sometimes struggle reaching my 2800 calories a day target - Which I need to do in order for me to continue making serious muscle gains

    Nottingham here :) I was just wondering about UK members!! My husband and I are starting weight loss regime from Monday - he's doing P90X and I'm doing Kettlenetics 5 days a week to support him :) We have two weddings in 2012 in April and May so we're hoping to do a grand reveal then :D I'm totally psyched!! LOL
