Alternate exercising

I have been doing 20 minutes everyday on my bike as well as some light weights and walking. I have now got my rowing machine out of storage and have just done 5 minutes on it. :flowerforyou:

Should I do the rowing machine and the bike or alternate them on different days?

    I would do the rowing OR bike with the walking and weights... b/c you are working out different muscle groups. :happy:

    Anything you are doing is great. Remember raising and lowering your heart rate will burn more calories then staying at one pace or intensity. Keep up the great work.
