I am so Blessed and Excited You wouldn't believe. I couldn't have done it without ya'll. Before I joined this site I had thrown in the towel b/c even when I was required to lose 30 lbs to get WLS I couldn't do it. I have documented my milestones and are like wow!

    Awesome job! I am so happy for you. I have lost 87 pounds and managed to keep it off for the past 8 months. Now it's time to get the last 18-20 pounds off. Weight loss is such a hard thing to do and even harder to maintain. The thing that helped me the most this time around was to realize it was a lifestyle change and committment, not a diet.     Congratulations to you!! You are almost half way there! I lost about that much this year, as well. It is such a wonderful feeling. I am so glad to have found this website to get the much needed support in this journey to lose my last 50 lbs. or so. It's just what I needed to get re-motivated. Rejoicing with you!
