    you are almost better off making snacks... But when you are eating a low carb high protein diet you need to make sure you have a higher natural fat content. So for this I do tend to enjoy snacking on nuts like almonds and macadamia nuts. Then things like canned tuna which is a great source of fats and protein! Killer!

    Chicken I cook and tupperware in fridge
    Tuna and avocado mixed

    Scrambled Eggs in a Cup

    2 eggs
    2 Tbl milk
    2 Tbl cheese
    salt and pepper to taste

    Stir it up and microwave for 1 1/2-2 min...I haven't tried adding diced ham to it yet, but I'm planning on it :)
