Are there any benefits to working out the day after having a few cocktails? My husband says no and that i'm wasting my time. Thoughts????

Why would you be wasting your time? You still burn the same calories. If you feel up to it then go for it... just make sure to hydrate yourself well!

Sure - why on earth not? My choice would be a bracing walk in the fresh air, by the sea if possible.

I've seen people perform their best while having a hangover. Me and my buddies just stare at them run around the track and think "how does he do that? He drank like an alcoholic last night and now he's maxing his PT test..."

I, personally, could never do that. I have a hard time working out while hungover.

I kind of get that. 2 of my best 10k times have been after a heavy night.

    haha

2 weeks ago after a few wines I worked out the next day, I wasn't hanging but I must have been dehydrated as I gave myself a monumental headache.

Drink lots of water if you're thinking about it.

Hangover cure: Gatorade. I would not trust any other beverage to cure my hangover except Gatorade. Don't get the light Gatorade either, just go with the regular one. You'll feel like a hero.

    I can't workout with a hangover.

Actually I can't do very much at all with a hangover!
