Hi!
I have a Polar FT4, when I was working out it starting saying to check the strap, which it's done before and once the strap was adjusted worked fine. Only this time it wouldn't. I washed it thinking this would help, as it has when i've had similar problems.
But now it's showing me a starting heart rate of anywhere between 200-225. I don't know what else to try, has anyone had similar problems?

Do you washing it the same way it's done in this video?

I used to have problems with the Polar Wearlink straps until I learned to squeeze the water out. Once I started doing that, I had no more problems.0 -
Thank you for replying, I shall try this, have never squeezed the water out so hopefully this should do the trick. I feel lost with it!! Thanks again!0
