                    For me....
5. Log consistently EVERY day.
For me, it's not about calorie counting-- I know how many calories are in everything that I eat. It's typically on weekends, when I'm never home/ near a computer, when I don't log, and that's when I eat those "little extras" that add up. Solution: MFP app on my phone! No excuses no to log now.
4. Split workouts into 2-a-days
I've found that I have more energy throughout the day, and it also keeps me from eating mindlessly during downtime after class.
3. DO NOT BUY TRIGGER FOODS!
If **I** don't buy them, I can't eat them. If they are there, I literally must eat the whole package. Here's looking at you, Macadamia Nut/Yogurt Raisin/Banana Chip trail mix.
2. Up the Quality of my Gym Time
I spend 2.5 hours at the gym a day. If I am taking that much time to invest in my body, then I better be pushing myself to the max each time. No sense in half-assing it if I'm already there.
1. Tell Myself I'm Worth It
Don't let anyone derail my workout or healthy eating plans. I want this, and I deserve this.
