    I try to walk everyday (pretty fast for 30 min), and I do DVDs at home. When the weather is good, I walk A LOT more!! Food-wise, I have just trying to make better choices. I eat out alot, so it was a matter of not ordering French Fries and Burgers :)

    Absolutely fantastic! When I see success pictures it makes me think of what a friend keeps telling me "nothing tastes as good as thin feels." I hope you keep posting as you loose and maintain.
