Substituitons for just plain water in the diet

I have a very hard time drinking just plain water. I substituted a decaffinated tea and sweeten it with honey. Is this a huge no no for weight loss? If so, what else can you drink besides just plain water?

It's not necessarily a no-no if it fits into your calorie budget. Try weaning yourself off the honey.
You could also try to add a lemon slice or a cucumber slice to water to give it some flavour.0 -
I add fresh squeezed lemon, lime, orange, or a splash of fruit juice, to my water. Sometimes I add Crystal Light or Mio if I'm desperate for a different taste. Try drinking your water at different temperatures too, it sounds crazy but for me it mixes it up a bit.0

I use seltzer water - it comes in several different flavors. Still no calories but the fizz I like in soda.0
