Hello, everyone!

My name is Crystal and I heard about this site from someone on a walking site. From what I've seen already, I'm going to LOVE It here! I have a lot to lose (half my body weight) and I need all of the encouragement and motivation that I can get! I do promise to be an encourager and motivation to you as well.
