I am trying to lose about 20 pounds. My biggest problem is food overindulgence, especially sweets and carbs. I exercise regularly, which is helping me to not gain weight. However, I am above the normal BMI for my height and I do not feel comfortable at my current body weight at all. Also my cholesterol is on the high side. This is why I joined MFP a little over a week ago. I love it, because I can track my exercise as well and I have a concrete number of calories to go by each day. When I go out to eat, I can usually find the menu item I am looking for on MFP. Any diet tips would be greatly appreciated!

Hey you can add me as a friend! I have the same problem I need to lose around 20-25 pounds and love carbs I workout really hard ( I do insaniy) and it's like I am just working out to maintain. Anyway the tips I have is to gain some self control period. I have to stop and think twice before I eat whatever I know I shouldn't. You have to take a step back sometimes and really look at what you are eating!0
