Keep moving stretching, it will just take time. Drink a lot of water. Tomorrow when you get ip take ibuprofen and get your body moving even though it will hurt to loosen up a bit. Been there, and it can be pretty miserable, but it will go away eventually!0

Well, how sore are you? Did you just recently start weight training? When I first started, I was so sore that I couldn't sleep well because my body felt like I had a flu.
Make sure you're taking in a lot of vitamins. A good multivitamin will help with this, but if you're motivated enough then a well-balanced meal will do the trick. I recommend consuming protein right after you get out of the gym. Any source of good protein will do but I prefer taking a protein shake as it is more like a good treat. You know, reward yourself for doing good things?!
Stretch out before bed and when you wake up. This will help with blood flow and muscle-tissue repair (you're tearing the fxck out of your muscles, right?). Later on in the day if you're still feeling sore (like I had been), I would recommend giving yourself massages. Simply take your thumb and rub out your muscles in a circular motion going up and down the sore muscle (almost like you're trying to rub out a new stain from your shirt), it will definitely hurt in the beginning but what you are doing is breaking up all of the lactic-buildup in your effected muscles, this will also greatly aid muscle-repair and reduce overall soreness. Ideally, you would want a massage therapist or a good friend who knows what they're doing to massage your muscles for you as they can tackle difficult-to-reach places and offer a more thorough massage.
I also forgot to mention, if you have any sort of roller, that you can use a roller to massage some of your muscles, mainly your legs. I found a video to demonstrate how this is done (also, the lady is very innovative with her roller!):

... alright I tried to find a demonstration for your upper body, but I couldn't. Hopefully my brief description was enough to illustrate what I am trying to get at. Sorry for the unorganized and sporadic response haha. I hope this helps!0 -
Might sounds weird, but I enjoy it when my body feels really sore. I know I actually did something that will cause improvement.0

Definitely stretch... I found out the hard way after a particularly difficult day at the gym. I could barely move the next day.
I found a great website with all sorts of interesting stretches (some of which I had never even thought of):
