i neva even opened the cupboard at all i had sum celery ( i mentioned earlier tht i was tempted to eat cake from my mums hows) i am chuffed!

    I walked into a Wendy's to use the washroom yesterday and took a big breath (I love the cheeseburgers), but hadn't planned for it in my menu for the day, so that wiff was great!

    It's amazing what you can do when you are accountable.
