    I've tried a version of this that I found on MFP earlier in the year. They turned on great. I think I might make mine in a pan and not muffin tins this time. I'll have to make this for lunches. Thanks!

    These sound really good, my husband gets tired of chicken lol, but he eats what I do to support me. Think I might try ground venison though.

    Thanks! Love that you added veggies, I think I'll add even more, maybe shredded carrots, zucchini and such. A really simple recipe that would be great to freeze or have made up ahead of time for convenience.
