Here we are agian!!! This time I have to be successful- my knees hurt!! Ive lost 7 stone once before in 2007 so I know I can do it. Heres to success for all those restarting in 2012 :)

    I'm starting again today. Had a rough year last year. Lost 3 stone then broke my wrist really badly at easter and have put most of it back on. Have been off work for months. Had surgery to rebreak my arm on 16th December so I'm still in a cast but feeling a lot more positive and motivated now. Feel free to add me as a friend. XX Carol
