My Transformation

On May 9th, 2010 it dawned on me that I was 320 pounds and that I was destroying my body one snack cake at a time. I hated myself and would barely take pictures--I actively avoided them most of the time.

I decided to do something about it! I walked for an hour every night during the summer of 2010 and busted my rear to lose the weight. I have lost 156 pounds so far to weigh in at 164 pounds. I intend on dropping to 155!
