    Are you strictly doing cardio and ju jitsu or are you lifting as well?

    As of right now it's just Cardio and Jiu Jitsu. I do push ups and sit ups but that's about it. I'm going to start lifting again, though. Because now I need to focus on lowering my body fat percentage because I would REALLY love to see my abs by next year and I hear weight lifting is an excellent way to burn fat.

    And CommandaPanda (That is probably the coolest name ever, by the way!) , yeah! I definitely love myself! I'm not afraid to say that I think I'm a pretty handsome guy now that I've lost the weight.

    I'm a whole new person now! Both physically and mentally!
