Facebook. And I'm not too huge on social media to begin with. I love MFP and the people I've met here, but the site itself is a tool to reach a goal. Facebook keeps me in touch with friends and family I wouldn't otherwise "see" or talk to that often. It's nice to see photos of new additions that I might not have seen until their 5th birthday or something. MFP definitely has less drama, but the two really, and obviously, serve completely two different purposes and if I had not had a problem, i.e. excess weight, I would have never have wound up here. But, Facebook was a choice to keep in touch with distant friends and family. I also limit my Facebook friends to mostly people I know in real life and more importantly people I want to communicate with, which keeps it pretty drama free for me.0

If I'm honest it's FB. I know how to control my food and weight and all my friends and family are on FB.
