I can have HOW MANY calories??!!

My daily intake of calories for the diary is set at just around 1800 calories a day. I probably ate about 2000 calories today, so I was a little over. But then I put in my 3 hours of tennis practice after school, and it said I could take in another 1000 calories before breaking even. It also said that if I kept up everyday like this one, I would be losing over 15 lbs in 5 weeks. 1000 calories seems like a real lot of extra that I can have just from playing some tennis. Is this right?

    It all depends on how much of your 3 hour practice is actually physically playing. But yes, if you're exercising for 3 solid hours, 1000 calories doesn't seem outrageous.

    Just make sure you're accurate with the time and intensity.
  • Well I actually only gave myself credit for 2 hours worth.
    I just surprises me that I can play tennis for two hours, and eat 60% more calories for my time.
