This is a fun and simple challenge. All you need to do is weigh in twice!
Enter your starting weight by Monday, January 2nd by posting in this thread.
You can also enter it in this google spreadsheet:

Then we will all work really hard to eat right and exercise.
THEN... 2 weeks later, on Monday, January 16th , everyone checks back in with their new and improved weight. The person who has the biggest percent of weight loss gets a postcard from glorious Columbus, Ohio!
The winner of this challenge will also host the next round!!

oh, Nikkie, the amount of weight I put on just over the weekend is astounding. I weighed in at 229 (5lbs of liquor and bad food)0

Here I am! Weighed in at 180.8 this morning (3 pounds up from last weigh-in... but compared to that one, body fat monitor thinks I'm 4 pounds down in fat and 4 pounds (!!!!) up in muscle since 177.8, and hangin on to 3 extra pounds of "other" weight)... Got a goal to get rid of some of that water and another couple pounds of fat, so maybe I have a chance to kill this postcard challenge!! Probably not, but it's nice to join in anyway!0
