I have to admit, I kind of want a lot of snow this winter, just to burn 400 calories. Hahaha!

what if "playing with the kids" means sitting in a lawn chair yelling at them to stay out of the street? how many calories does that burn? does waving my arms at them count ?

My shoveling snow workouts are coming in about 2 more months. Until then, I'll just keep jogging.

HAAA !!! i wish..if that was the case, i would have been skinny long ago..but i think it would have been for them to watch out for the damn lunatics that think my 1 block street is a drag strip..oy

Because I use a HRM when I workout, I actually burn more than any site, even MFP states, and I think that's the best way to go to figure out what you can do to burn however many calories you wish to burn...
